Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Kochi. The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day support to ensure efficient office operations. Key responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, handling telephone communications professionally, supporting executives with scheduling and documentation, maintaining records, and performing general clerical duties as required. The role emphasizes providing high-quality assistance within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and professional Communication
  • Experience and accuracy in performing Clerical Skills, such as documentation and record-keeping
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Prior experience in an administrative role and a bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred
