We are looking to hire anAdministrativeAssistant to support real estate and hotel projects with back-office and coordination work. The role is full-time and based in Thane/Mumbai, working closely with the promoter on day-to-day operations and documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with architects, vendors, suppliers, sites and customers over phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Maintain Excel/Google Sheet trackers for purchases, deliveries, customer updates, follow-ups and payments.
- Prepare and file basic documents, agreements, bills, receipts and project files (physical and digital).
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendar, and keep daily action lists updated.
- Handle basic office admin: calls, couriers, scanning, printing, data entry and record-keeping.
Ideal candidate
- Fresher or negligible prior experience, willing to learn and grow.
- Comfortable with basic computers (WhatsApp, email, Excel/Google Sheets); training and SOPs will be provided.
- Patient, organised, and sincere, with clear communication in Hindi and basic English.
- Preferably based in or near Thane/Mumbai for office-based work.
