Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Ahmedabad. The Administrative Assistant will manage day-to-day office operations, including handling correspondence, maintaining records, and providing clerical support. The role involves scheduling appointments, managing phone calls with professional etiquette, supporting executives with administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth office workflow in a legal services environment.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage office operations efficiently
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for professional interactions
  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance, including scheduling and managing tasks
  • Detail-oriented approach and ability to multitask effectively
  • Knowledge of legal or professional office procedures is a plus
  • Proficiency in basic office software and organizational tools
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration or a related field is preferred
  • Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively
