Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at our Bengaluru office. The Administrative Assistant will perform day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks, including maintaining schedules, managing correspondence, preparing reports, and organizing company records. The individual will also provide executive administrative assistance, coordinate with teams, and contribute to the seamless functioning of the office.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to handle daily office management tasks efficiently.
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for interacting professionally and effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Executive Administrative Assistance experience in managing schedules, meetings, and documentation for senior personnel.
- Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and multitasking skills to succeed in a dynamic professional environment.
- Basic computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment is preferred.
