Your Role: Innovate Boldly, Organize Daily

We are looking for a proactive, high-energy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will provide high-level support to our India Leadership Team, partnering with local leaders to ensure smooth daily operations. This isn't just about tasks; it's about making things happen and driving projects to completion with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Master the Schedule: Handle heavy calendar management and travel arrangements, ensuring our leaders are where they need to be, when they need to be there.
  • Save Time: Prepare agendas and background materials so executives are fully briefed and ready to lead every meeting.
  • Create Delight: Assist with the coordination of leadership visits, on-site meetings, and employee engagement events in partnership with our People Experience team.
  • Professional Polish: Create and edit high-impact documents, slide presentations, and correspondence for both internal and external audiences.
  • Bridge the Gap: Serve as the key point of contact between the India leadership team and stakeholders, ensuring communication is timely and professional.
  • Think Big & Act Fast: Exercise expert judgment to balance business priorities, team needs, and company policy while handling confidential information with the utmost sensitivity.

What You Bring To The Team

  • Experience: 3+ years of administrative experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack. You are a quick learner who embraces new tools and technologies.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills; you can build relationships across the globe.
  • Detail-Oriented Mindset: You are highly organized and skilled at managing multiple priorities without breaking a sweat.
  • Proactive Energy: You work independently and collaboratively, always staying one step ahead of the team's needs.
  • Judgment: You have a demonstrated ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and poise.
  • Commitment: Ability to work full-time on-site at our state-of-the-art Hyderabad headquarters.
