Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. CCH Newsletters:
Download, save, and forward newsletters to relevant staff members.
2. Client Feedback Surveys:
Send feedback surveys to clients, ensuring timely collection of responses.
3. Finance Support:
Enter commission details on deals for the Finance team.
Record deals in HubSpot, capturing referral base for future analysis.
4. HubSpot Management:
Maintain contacts in HubSpot, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
5. ATO Letters:
Prepare emails for documents received through mail as per the instructions of the Managers.
Save documents in the respective folders of K / N Drive.
6. ICA & ITA Statements:
Download ICA & ITA Statements for reference and record-keeping.
7. Marketing Activities:
Design, edit, and format marketing materials using Canva.
Assist in various marketing activities to enhance brand visibility.
8. Adhoc Client Activities:
Handle ad-hoc activities from clients efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications and Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
2-3 years of experience in administration and below mentioned skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using tools like Canva, HubSpot, and other relevant software.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with various teams.
Experience:
Previous experience in administrative roles or similar responsibilities is preferred.
