Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Dwarka. The Administrative Assistant will support daily operations by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, overseeing correspondence, sending payment reminders and maintaining accurate records. The role includes clerical duties, handling phone calls, organizing documents, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient office functioning.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant office software tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills for handling schedules, documentation, and office administration tasks effectively.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to professionally interact with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Basic knowledge of office management best practices and processes.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to manage daily administrative tasks with precision.
  • Previous experience in administrative roles or related fields is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory; equivalent professional experience is highly valued.
