We're Hiring: Admin Assistant

Company:Inforoc Community

Location: Udaipur

Salary: 12k-15k

Job Type: Full-Time

Inforoc Community is looking for a responsible and organized Admin Assistant to support our day-to-day operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities (General Overview)

  • Maintain and organize internal records and documentation.
  • Support onboarding and coordination activities for team members and students.
  • Assist with data entry, verification, and updating of records.
  • Ensure all required documents and files are properly maintained and easily accessible.
  • Coordinate with different teams for smooth administrative operations.
  • Help monitor attendance, basic reporting, and routine updates.
  • Provide backend support for program execution and daily office activities.
  • Maintain simple logs (such as movement logs, basic expenses, etc.) as required.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word).
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience in admin or back-office roles will be preferred.
