Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Assistant to support our administrative operations. The ideal candidate has basic to moderate English communication skills, is comfortable working night shifts in-office, and can handle multiple admin tasks with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative Support

  • Assist the admin department with daily operational tasks.
  • Manage and maintain both physical and digital files.
  • Support general office operations and ensure smooth workflow.

2. Documentation & Data Handling

  • Prepare, organize, and update documents and reports.
  • Create and format presentations as needed.
  • Prepare and manage Excel sheets (data entry, basic formulas, tracking).

3. Communication & Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling, task updates, and follow-ups.
  • Support internal communication and ensure tasks are completed on time.

4. General Admin Duties

  • Handle basic administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Contribute to overall office efficiency and preparedness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3 months to 1 year in an admin or assistant role. (Freshers are also welcomed).
  • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • English Communication: Moderate English speaking/writing skills are sufficient.
  • Organization: Good time management and ability to multitask.
  • Attention to Detail: Reliable, accurate, and thorough.
  • Professionalism: Responsible and able to handle admin tasks efficiently.

Salary Budget: 2.4 LPA CTC to 3.6 LPA CTC
