Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Assistant to support our administrative operations. The ideal candidate has basic to moderate English communication skills, is comfortable working night shifts in-office, and can handle multiple admin tasks with accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support
- Assist the admin department with daily operational tasks.
- Manage and maintain both physical and digital files.
- Support general office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
2. Documentation & Data Handling
- Prepare, organize, and update documents and reports.
- Create and format presentations as needed.
- Prepare and manage Excel sheets (data entry, basic formulas, tracking).
3. Communication & Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling, task updates, and follow-ups.
- Support internal communication and ensure tasks are completed on time.
4. General Admin Duties
- Handle basic administrative tasks as assigned.
- Contribute to overall office efficiency and preparedness.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3 months to 1 year in an admin or assistant role. (Freshers are also welcomed).
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- English Communication: Moderate English speaking/writing skills are sufficient.
- Organization: Good time management and ability to multitask.
- Attention to Detail: Reliable, accurate, and thorough.
- Professionalism: Responsible and able to handle admin tasks efficiently.
Salary Budget: 2.4 LPA CTC to 3.6 LPA CTC
