Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Admin to manage day-to-day office operations and support our growing practice.

Key Responsibilities:

-Client communication (calls, email, WhatsApp)

-Billing, invoicing & document management

-Basic Excel work and data entry

-Follow-ups, scheduling & task coordination

-Managing payment transactions & tracking receipts

-Petty cash handling and maintenance

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Good communication skills (English & Tamil preferred)
Organized, responsible, and proactive attitude
Basic accounting knowledge is an added advantage
Salary: 12,000 – 20,000 (based on skills & experience)
Location: Chennai
Experience: Freshers can apply
Immediate joiners preferred
