Job Description
The Lead Administrative Assistant provides high-impact administrative and operational support to a Vice President, acting as an extension of the executive office. This role enables effective leadership execution by managing priorities, ensuring operational rhythm, and coordinating executive-level interactions with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive executive support including complex calendar management, travel coordination, and expense management.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the VP and senior leaders, cross‑functional teams, and key stakeholders.
- Support executive operating cadence—leadership meetings, business reviews, town halls, and offsites.
- Prepare executive-ready presentations, reports, and briefing materials.
- Track action items and follow through on leadership commitments.
- Manage confidential information with the highest level of integrity and discretion.
- Drive administrative process improvements and ensure policy compliance.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong experience supporting senior leaders or executives.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
