The Administrative Assistant will provide reliable, day-to-day operational and administrative support to ensure smooth execution of business activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while working closely with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across time zones
- Handle email correspondence and draft professional communications
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and spreadsheets
- Support project tracking, task follow-ups, and internal coordination
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and basic reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as required
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
- Support ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office (Docs, Sheets, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting managers or project teams
- Familiarity with task/project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello)
- Prior experience working with international clients or remote teams
