Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role located in Mapusa for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of daily tasks, including managing schedules, organizing files, handling correspondence, and coordinating meetings. Responsibilities also include managing phone inquiries, maintaining records, and providing overall clerical support to ensure smooth office operations. The individual will work closely with executives to provide administrative and organizational assistance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage office operations and support daily tasks efficiently
- Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to handle correspondence professionally and assist with inquiries
- Experience with Executive Administrative Assistance to support executive-level personnel with tasks like scheduling and document preparation
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High school diploma required; additional certifications or an associate degree in business administration is a plus
