JOB RESPONSIBILITES
- Coordinate daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain company records, databases, and filing systems.
- Prepare business correspondence, reports, and documentation.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and arrange appointments.
- Assist in processing employee and client-related documentation.
- Monitor office supplies and liaise with vendors when necessary.
- Support departmental teams in achieving operational objectives.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company information.
- Handle general inquiries and provide administrative assistance to staff and management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass), Diploma, or Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
