Job Description

Job Title: Executive Assistant to Founder (Ops & Recruitment)

Location: Kochi (Work From Office)

Compensation: 3.0 LPA (Fixed)

The Mission

We are a small, fast-moving startup. Time is our scarcest resource. We need a Force Multiplier for the Founder's Office. This is not a standard secretary role. You will be handling critical recruitment pipelines, managing high-stakes schedules, and unblocking the Founder to focus on growth.

The Role: The Founder's Right Hand

We aren't looking for someone who just fetches coffee. We need an operator who understands the business context and can execute administrative and talent operations autonomously.

You are a fit if:

  • You Don't Just Attend Meetings, You Capture Context: You shadow the Founder on online calls. You don't just listen; you take precise minutes, document action items, and chase the team for follow-ups. You ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • You Hunt Talent (LinkedIn): You don't wait for applicants. You actively source candidates on LinkedIn, send outreach messages, and conduct initial screening calls. You own the first mile of our hiring engine.
  • You Command the Calendar: You ruthlessly prioritize the Founder's time. You handle conflicts, schedule interviews, and manage logistics with zero errors.
  • You Fix Office Chaos: From managing vendors to handling travel logistics, you ensure the Kochi office runs on autopilot.

Who You Are

  • High-Agency: You don't wait for a task list. If you see a messy spreadsheet or a missing meeting link, you fix it immediately without being asked.
  • Hyper-Organized: You bring structure to chaos. You use tools (Google Calendar, Notion, Excel) to ensure every detail is tracked.
  • Tech-Native: You are comfortable with Zoom, Google Workspace, and navigating LinkedIn Recruiter/Job posts.

Requirements

  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Experience: 1+ Years of professional experience (Admin, HR, or Operations).
  • Core Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), Professional Email Writing, and LinkedIn Networking.
  • Language: Exceptional command of English (Written and Spoken) is non-negotiable.
