Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
∙Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and send reminders.
∙Maintain client databases, update records, and track project timelines.
∙Handle email correspondence, follow-ups, and client onboarding tasks.
∙Create and maintain weekly and monthly summaries for client
activities.
∙Assist with billing, invoice tracking, and basic documentation
management.
Marketing & Communications Support
∙Draft and send monthly newsletters to clients and prospects.
∙Manage social media posting schedules and engagement (mainly
LinkedIn).
∙Coordinate updates to digital content and client communications.
∙Track engagement metrics and prepare simple marketing activity
reports.
Confidentiality & Compliance
∙Handle all client data in accordance with confidentiality agreements
and firm protocols.
∙Maintain compliance with data protection and cloud-based system
standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
∙2+ years of experience in administrative or virtual assistant roles.
∙Strong written and verbal communication skills.
∙Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
(Zoho or similar).
∙Basic understanding of social media and email marketing
platforms (MailChimp, Canva, LinkedIn).
∙Excellent time management and organizational skills.
∙High level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability.
