Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Ahmedabad. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, providing executive support, handling clerical duties, managing schedules, and maintaining effective communication across teams. The role also involves answering and forwarding calls professionally, organising appointments, and ensuring thorough documentation and office coordination.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication Skills
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with office software and tools
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
  • Basic Accounting Knowledge
