We are looking for a proactive Administration Assistant to manage day-to-day office operations for our real estate firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative activities and office coordination
  • Manage incoming calls and client interactions
  • Maintain records, documentation, and reports
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate site visits
  • Support sales and accounts teams with documentation

Requirements:

  • 35 years of admin experience (real estate preferred)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
