Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handle order enquiries and confirmations
- Coordinate with production supervisors and workers to plan and execute daily production schedules
- Monitor order progress and ensure timely dispatch and quality compliance
- Maintain ongoing client communication and manage relationship follow-ups
- Track customer payments, outstanding balances, and billing documentation
- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and collections in Excel
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and financial reports
- Support basic accounting functions and documentation processes
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, production, and management teams
