Key Responsibilities

Office Furniture Management

  • Oversee procurement, installation, and maintenance of office furniture

Repair & Maintenance

  • Manage day-to-day maintenance activities for office premises

  • Ensure adherence to preventive maintenance schedules

Rent Processing

  • Handle documentation and processing of office rent payments
  • Coordinate with landlords and finance teams for timely disbursements
  • Maintain records of lease agreements, renewals, and rent escalations

Compliance Management

  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies related to infrastructure
  • Maintain documentation for audits, inspections, and certifications such as fire safety and environmental norms
  • Collaborate with legal and admin teams to stay updated on regulatory changes
  • Identify and resolve non-compliance issues proactively
