Key Responsibilities
Office Furniture Management
- Oversee procurement, installation, and maintenance of office furniture
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, delivery, and quality checks
- Maintain inventory and ensure optimal utilization of furniture and assets
Repair & Maintenance
- Manage day-to-day maintenance activities for office premises
- Liaise with service providers for timely issue resolution
- Ensure adherence to preventive maintenance schedules
Rent Processing
- Handle documentation and processing of office rent payments
- Coordinate with landlords and finance teams for timely disbursements
- Maintain records of lease agreements, renewals, and rent escalations
Compliance Management
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies related to infrastructure
- Maintain documentation for audits, inspections, and certifications such as fire safety and environmental norms
- Collaborate with legal and admin teams to stay updated on regulatory changes
- Identify and resolve non-compliance issues proactively
