Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to manage and oversee daily office operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administrative support, vendor management, procurement, infrastructure handling, and ensuring smooth office operations while adhering to compliance and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive admin support to ensure seamless office operations.
  • Manage stationery inventory and procurement processes.
  • Utilize strong Excel skills for reporting, data analysis, and documentation.
  • Assist the Line Manager in process improvements and required administrative changes.
  • Liaise with external agencies for administrative and facility-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Handle branch infrastructure and procurement needs efficiently.
  • Oversee travel desk management, including ticketing and accommodations.
  • Manage event planning and execution for company meetings, functions, and corporate events.
  • Lead vendor & procurement management, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality service.
  • Supervise facility management, ensuring a comfortable and productive workspace.
  • Manage and lead the administration team, providing guidance and support.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement corrective measures.
  • Set strategic goals for office administration and workflow optimization.
  • Oversee budget management, cost control, and financial planning for admin activities.
  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day office activities efficiently.
  • Define and review admin policies, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Oversee billing management for office expenses and vendor payments.

Key Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in administration, office management, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and other office productivity tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
