Job Description
The Team Member – Administration & IR – Site is responsible for supporting daily administrative operations and industrial relations activities at the site level. The role involves coordination for facility management, contract workforce deployment, statutory compliance, and labor welfare implementation. The incumbent ensures timely documentation, smooth service delivery, and adherence to site-level protocols, contributing to operational continuity and legal compliance.
Assist in day-to-day site administrative functions including housekeeping, canteen, security, transportation, and accommodation arrangements.
Support the deployment and attendance tracking of contract labor in coordination with vendors and ensure availability of required manpower. Maintain statutory registers and records in compliance with labor laws such as CLRA, Factories Act, and ID Act. Ensure availability of welfare amenities for labor including water, toilets, PPE, and medical facilities as per compliance norms. Coordinate with contractors for submission of statutory documents such as wage registers, muster rolls, ESI/PF challans, etc. Facilitate site inspections by labor authorities and support timely documentation submissions and audit responses.
