Job Description

The Lead – Administration & IR – Site is responsible for overseeing all site-level administrative functions and managing industrial relations effectively. This includes managing site infrastructure, facilities, contract workforce, and compliance with labor laws. The role ensures seamless day-to-day operations at the site while fostering a harmonious and legally compliant work environment. The incumbent plays a key role in implementing organizational policies related to administration, ensuring labor law adherence, and maintaining effective communication with contractors, unions, and government authorities.

Manage site infrastructure including office setup, housekeeping, security, canteen, transportation, and utilities to ensure smooth operations. Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws such as CLRA, Factories Act, ID Act, and coordinate statutory inspections and audits. Maintain cordial industrial relations at the site, proactively addressing grievances and coordinating with unions and contract workforce. Oversee third-party contract workforce deployment including attendance, compliance documentation, wage disbursement, and welfare facilities. Liaise with legal and HR teams for handling disciplinary actions, misconduct cases, and labor-related legal proceedings.
