Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads for buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Guide clients on current market conditions, prices, and trends.
- Prepare competitive market analyses to determine accurate pricing.
- Create detailed listings of properties including location, features, and square footage.
- Show properties to potential buyers and renters; coordinate site visits.
- Present offers, assist in negotiations, and finalize transactions.
- Draft and review purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other transaction documents.
- Run marketing campaigns, including online ads, property listings, and offline promotions.
- Provide client support through strong written and verbal communication.
Qualifications:
- B.Com / BBM / BBA / MBA
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for real estate and client-facing roles
