We are hiring an
experienced Admin / Personal Assistant (PA) to support senior leadership in managing day-to-day operations, travel coordination, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have
4 - 8 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and prior exposure to
international travel and visa procedures .
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel (flights, visas, hotels, transport, itineraries).
- Handle travel documentation , ensuring compliance with visa and company travel policies.
- Maintain the Directors calendar , organize meetings, appointments, and manage correspondence.
- Liaise with vendors, travel agents, and internal teams for seamless administrative support.
- Prepare reports , maintain records, and manage confidential data.
- Monitor travel risks and ensure safe, compliant, and efficient travel planning.
Requirements
- Graduate with 4 - 8 years of experience as an Admin / PA / Executive Assistant .
- Prior exposure to international travel formalities and visa procedures .
- Excellent communication , coordination , and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) .
- Highly organized , dependable , and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
