Key Responsibilities:
Internet and IT Infrastructure Management
- Manage office internet connectivity:
- Broadband connections
- Internet Leased Line (ILL)
- Coordinate with ISPs during downtime or connectivity issues
Asset Management and Technical Handling
- Manage office assets, including:
- Laptops
- Monitors
- Chargers, peripherals, and accessories
- Allocate assets to new joiners and recover assets during exits
- Maintain accurate asset inventory records
- Handle first-level technical troubleshooting
- Coordinate with vendors for advanced technical issues
Team Supervision and Task Allocation:
- Assign daily tasks to pantry boy and office boy in an optimal manner
- Balance workload and priorities
- Ensure attendance, punctuality, and discipline
- Ensure backup coverage during leave or absence
Daily Office Operations:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including:
- Tea, snacks, fruits, and pantry services
- Office opening and closing routines
- Ensure daily admin checklists are completed without fail
Workplace Hygiene and Environment:
- Maintain cleanliness across:
- Pantry
- Washrooms
- Meeting rooms
- Common areas
- Ensure hygiene checklists are strictly followed
- Coordinate scheduled deep-cleaning activities
- Proactively suggest improvements for a clean, organised, and pleasant workplace
Maintenance Management:
- Handle floor-level maintenance issues, including:
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Air conditioning
- Furniture
- Coordinate with vendors and track issue resolution
Inventory, Purchases, and Expense Support:
- Maintain minimum stock levels for housekeeping, stationery, and site requirements
- Manage site-level purchases and expenses
- Maintain purchase and expense records
- Submit bills and supporting documents to the accounts team on time
Guest, Courier, and Travel Support:
- Handle guest hospitality
- Manage courier dispatch and tracking
- Support domestic travel coordination when required
Events and Coordination:
- Support internal and external events
- Coordinate logistics, vendors, and setup
