Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Admin role based in Ranchi, Jharkhand. The Admin will handle day-to-day organizational tasks including managing administrative activities, maintaining records, providing customer support, and assisting with financial and operational oversight. The focus will be on ensuring seamless office operations and supporting overall business efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with team members and clients
  • Proven Analytical and Problem-Solving skills to evaluate situations and offer effective solutions
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance and the ability to manage office operations
  • Basic knowledge of Finance and understanding of financial documentation or processes
  • Attention to detail, excellent time management, and organizational capabilities
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
