Qualification
Graduate/Postgraduate/ Diploma/PGDBA/MBA from a recognised University. (Specialization in HR)
Work Experience
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the relevant field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Assistant, or in a similar role (preferably within an educational institution).
Key Skills
- Familiarity with HR policies and procedures in a school environment is an advantage.
- Strong writing and communication skills
