Role OverviewThis is a pure translational research and scientific writing role.
You will be responsible for:
- Converting clinical and scientific inputs into high-quality manuscripts
- Structuring arguments that stand up to peer review
- Driving publication-ready output from real-world data and internal research
This is not a coordination role.
This is not a collaboration-driving role.
This is a thinking and writing role at a high level.
What you will do1. Manuscript Development (Core Responsibility)- Write, structure, and refine research papers for peer-reviewed journals
- Own clarity of hypothesis, methodology presentation, and discussion
- Ensure scientific arguments are coherent, defensible, and publication-ready
2. Translational Research Writing- Convert clinical insights, datasets, and internal research into structured scientific output
- Bridge basic science, clinical relevance, and practical interpretation
- Build narratives that connect mechanism to outcome
3. Data Interpretation & Scientific Framing- Work with clinical and research inputs to interpret findings
- Identify what is worth publishing and how it should be positioned
- Strengthen the discussion, limitations, and clinical relevance of studies
4. Publication Execution- Prepare and submit manuscripts to PubMed-indexed and reputable journals
- Address reviewer comments with clarity and scientific depth
- Maintain high standards of writing, referencing, and structure
5. Scientific Content Ownership- Contribute intellectually to the work you write
- Take ownership of accuracy, argument strength, and final output quality
Who should apply- MBBS / MD / PhD (Life Sciences)
- Strong publication track record (typically 20+ papers in peer-reviewed journals)
- Demonstrated ability to write full manuscripts independently
- Strong understanding of clinical research structure and scientific argumentation
- Exceptional writing clarity and attention to detail
Who should NOT apply- Candidates with only formatting or editing experience
- Candidates without meaningful publication exposure
- Candidates looking for coordination, liaison, or low-intensity roles
