Key Responsibilities

Maintained consistent office cleanliness and hygiene through daily inspections

  • supervising & Managing the housekeeping & Security Staffs
  • Maintaining the Daily & Monthly Consumables and publish the report
  • Oversee daily cafeteria operations, including food preparation, serving and customer service
  • Transport & Accommodation facility for Local and Other states
  • Handling Procurement and PO Process after strong negotiation
  • Handling Project work (Repair and Maintenance & Civil Related works)
  • PAN India Payment (Rental, Vendor, Utility & HK Salary Payments) 50+ Offices
  • Maintaining Master data of All payment Details, Invoices & Agreements
  • PAN India Rental, Service & AMC agreement Drafting, Vetting & Renewal Process
  • PAN India CCTV Camera Handling
  • RFID ID Card Printing --> Door Access Control and Dispatch to Cities
  • PAN India Petty Cash & Corporate Credit Card Hand Handling & submitting invoice
  • Event Hall, Conference meeting and it's facilities arrangements
