Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8:00 PM
Job Type: Onsite (5 days of work) Monday – Friday
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily administrative tasks, calendars, meetings, and correspondence
• Handle calls, emails, couriers, and front desk activities
• Maintain office files, records, and inventory
• Support marketing campaigns and coordinate activities
• Assist with basic digital marketing (CRM, email, social media)
• Prepare reports, track KPIs, and maintain marketing data
• Handle petty cash, invoices, and basic accounts tasks
• Coordinate travel, events, and vendor activities
• Ensure smooth office operations and brand consistency
Required Skills:
• Bachelor's degree (Commerce preferred)
• 0–1 years of experience in admin/coordination roles
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of CRM or marketing tools is a plus
