We are looking for a proactive Admin Executive who has hands-on experience in managing travel bookings, office administration, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless day-to-day operations while supporting multiple teams across locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end domestic and international travel bookings, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation for employees.
- Handle travel reimbursements, advances, and related documentation in coordination with the finance team.
- Maintain and track travel dashboards, ensuring cost optimization and adherence to travel policies.
- Oversee office administration activities housekeeping, stationery, pantry, courier, and maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely procurement and renewals.
- Support facility management and ensure a safe, efficient, and pleasant workplace experience.
- Assist in organizing corporate events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain proper documentation, records, and filing systems related to admin operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 24 years of experience in administration, with strong exposure to travel management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Excellent coordination, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
