Position: Admin Executive (Student Support Desk)

Location: Remote

Experience: Minimum 2+ years

Education Required : Minimum Graduate

Budget: 15-20k (Based on Experience)

We are looking for a Admin Executive to oversee and ensure the smooth operation of our administrative processes and support functions.

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise daily administrative operations

Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency.

Oversee administrative staff and delegate tasks as necessary.

Develop and implement effective administrative systems and procedures.

Maintain and update company records and databases.

Handle student's issues and resolve them from time to time.

Student Coordinator, point of contact for Students, placing welcome calls and attending to student escalations, must be friendly approachable, empathetic, good listener and above all patient

Requirements:

Proven experience as a senior administrative officer or in a similar role

Strong organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
