Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation
- Handle vendor coordination (housekeeping, stationery, maintenance, etc.)
- Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate courier, dispatch, and logistics activities
- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Ensure office cleanliness, maintenance, and facility management
- Handle basic compliance and documentation work
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in administration or office management
- Good knowledge of Computer
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
Preferred Skills
- Experience in vendor management or facility management
- Basic knowledge of admin processes
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
