Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation
  • Handle vendor coordination (housekeeping, stationery, maintenance, etc.)
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory
  • Coordinate courier, dispatch, and logistics activities
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • Ensure office cleanliness, maintenance, and facility management
  • Handle basic compliance and documentation work

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 1–3 years of experience in administration or office management
  • Good knowledge of Computer
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in vendor management or facility management
  • Basic knowledge of admin processes
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
