This is a contract role for an Admin Executive that requires on-site presence at the Adani Smart Metering office in Ahmedabad. The Admin Executive will oversee daily clerical and administrative functions, provide executive support, manage schedules and correspondence, and ensure seamless office operations. The role includes assisting in record-keeping and communication with internal and external stakeholders, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience of working with SAP is must
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Experience in General Administration and managing office tasks
- Experience of SES & GRN
- Vendors management and coordination
- Detail-oriented with organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using office software and communication tools
- Relevant experience in an administrative or executive assistant role preferred
