Job Title: Admin Executive

Department: Administration

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations in a financial services company. The candidate will ensure smooth office functioning, coordinate with internal teams, maintain records, and support management with administrative and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily office administration and operational activities
  • Maintain office records, files, and confidential documents
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference schedules
  • Manage office supplies, Handle courier, vendor coordination, and facility management
  • Support other departments with administrative requirements
  • Prepare reports, MIS data, and maintain documentation
  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and client visitors professionally
  • Ensure office discipline and proper maintenance of workplace

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Attention to detail and time management skills

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 2–4 years of experience in Administration or Office Management

  • Presentable and professional personality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good follow-up and coordination skills
