Job Description

We are seeking an Admin Executive to manage daily sales data, oversee cash and credit outstanding, and handle various administrative and operational tasks. You will be responsible for managing petty cash, maintaining inventory lists, and preparing e-invoices. This role requires a professional with strong computer skills in MS Excel and MS Word, good communication skills in English and the local language, and a willingness to commute to Goregaon and Chunabhatti.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sales Data & Financial Management: Maintain and update daily sales data. Oversee and update cash, cheque, and credit outstanding. Create lists of invoices for organized payments. Manage petty cash (petrol/diesel, parking fees) and maintain/update Petro card details. Receive cash and cheques and deposit them into the bank.
  • Sales Support & Coordination: Manage and communicate effectively with sales promoters and the sampling team. Support and communicate well with all sales teams. Prepare e-invoices and hand them over to Sales Representatives (SR).
  • Inventory & Store Management: Update new store development information. Maintain the outlet list, visicooler list, and inventory status. Check morning stock and evening returns. Oversee cooler and ice pack maintenance. Summarize the monthly material inventory status. Keep track of POP (Point of Purchase) stock.
  • General Administration: Conduct and supervise all other administrative work, such as managing business cards, ID cards, and uniforms. Assist in special tasks as needed.

Skills Required

  • Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Good command of English and the local language.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable working in teams, polite, punctual, and sincere towards work.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline, or equivalent practical exper
