Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and trustworthy Admin Executive to provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO's Office. This is a full-time, in-office position that requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, draft emails, and prepare reports or presentations.
- Serve as a key liaison between the CEO's office, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, and events.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and office inventory.
- Draft letters and communication in English and Marathi as required.
- Uphold confidentiality and ensure smooth daily operations of the CEO's office.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 23 years of administrative or executive assistant experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional demeanor with a high level of discretion and reliability.

Salary: 40,000 per month (Non-negotiable)
