Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall school administration activities, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Supervise and coordinate housekeeping, security, and maintenance functions
  • Oversee cafeteria and pantry operations, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency
  • Ensure timely execution of repairs and upkeep of school infrastructure and facilities
  • Maintain records and documentation related to admin tasks
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for various facility needs
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
  • Utilize computer applications for reporting, record-keeping, and communication
  • Collaborate with school leadership for planning and executing administrative improvements

Educational Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred)

Experience:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in school administration or similar operational role
