At Autodesk, we empower innovators everywhere to design and make a better world. We are looking for a highly capable, proactive, and trustedadministrative assistant / executive assistantbased in Bangalore.
This role is critical to enabling leadership effectiveness in a fast-moving, global organization. You will act as a strategic administrative partner, anticipating needs, managing complexity, and ensuring the senior leader can focus on high-impact priorities.
Provide end-to-end administrative support includingcomplex calendar managementacross global time zones
Proactively prioritize meetings and commitments to align with business objectives
Prepare agendas, capturemeeting notes, and track action items to closure
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
Serve as a key liaison between the Senior Director and internal/external stakeholders
Draft, edit, and coordinateemails, presentations, and executive materials
Partner closely with other Executive Assistants, Chiefs of Staff, and cross-functional teams
Managedomestic and international travel, including itineraries, visas, accommodations, and expenses
Coordinate logistics forleadership meetings, offsites, and team events
Support expense reporting, purchase orders, and vendor coordination
Maintain organized documentation and records
Assist with onboarding new team members and team communications
Continuously identify opportunities tosimplify processes and improve efficiency
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5+ yearsof experience in an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant role, supporting senior leaders
Strong proficiency inMicrosoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
Experience supporting Director+ , or equivalent in large Software companies
Experience working in aglobal, matrixed organization
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate leadership needs
High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence
Collaborative mindset with a service-oriented approach
Passion for enabling others to do their best work
