Job Responsibilities
Responsible for managing both accounts and administration work.
Responsible for welcoming visitors, coordinating meetings, appointments and directing various administrative projects
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, Whatsapp etc.)
Responsible for closely monitoring outstanding fee details on daily basis
Responsible for Maintaining &Updating Records of Purchases, Sales, Bank, Cash, Reconciliation, Taxes etc.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 1 Year Experience Administrative Assistant
Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
Excellent Verbal and Written Communications
Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner
