About the Role
We invite applications from industry experts and technology practitioners to join as Adjunct Faculty in Generative AI, Agentic AI.
The role aims to bring cutting-edge developments in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies into business education, enabling students to understand how AI is transforming organizations, business models, and managerial decision-making.
The adjunct faculty member will contribute to teaching, mentoring, and industry engagement, helping students develop the ability to leverage AI tools, understand AI-driven strategy, and navigate the evolving AI-enabled workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Teaching and Learning
- Deliver sessions in courses related to Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Emerging Technologies in Business.
- Demonstrate the practical application of AI tools and platforms in business contexts.
- Use industry case studies, simulations, and live demonstrations to help students understand how organizations deploy AI for productivity and innovation.
Course Content and Curriculum Contribution
Contribute to the development of practice-oriented modules covering areas such as:
- Generative AI applications across business functions
- Agentic AI and autonomous decision systems
- AI-enabled business transformation
- AI-powered productivity and decision support tools
- Automation and intelligent workflows
- AI governance, ethics, and responsible deployment
- Emerging technologies including AI, blockchain, IoT, and advanced analytics
Industry Integration
- Share insights from real-world AI deployments and digital transformation initiatives.
- Conduct hands-on workshops or labs using AI platforms and tools.
- Help students understand the strategic and organizational implications of AI adoption.
Student Mentorship
- Guide students working on AI-enabled innovation projects and technology-driven business solutions.
- Mentor students interested in careers in AI strategy, digital consulting, product management, analytics, and technology entrepreneurship.
Qualifications
Applicants should meet one of the following criteria:
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields, with industry experience in AI or emerging technologies, OR
- MBA or equivalent qualification with specialization in technology management, analytics, or digital transformation, along with strong experience in AI-driven business initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and platforms.
- Experience implementing AI solutions in business functions such as marketing, HR, finance, operations, or customer experience.
- Experience in technology consulting, AI product development, or startup ecosystems.
- Prior teaching, corporate training, or executive education experience will be an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 5–10 years of relevant professional experience in areas such as:
- Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI
- AI-enabled digital transformation initiatives
- Data analytics and intelligent decision systems
- Technology consulting, innovation management, or AI product development
Nature of Engagement
- Adjunct / Visiting Faculty role.
- Engagement may include teaching courses, delivering short modules, conducting AI labs, or guest lectures.
- Sessions may be delivered in-person, hybrid, or online depending on program requirements.
