- Strong understanding of ADAS technologies, including sensors, cameras, radar, and lidar.
- Experience with ADAS calibration tools and software.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with automotive diagnostic tools and software.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement standardized processes for ADAS calibration, repair, and maintenance services.
- Manage inventory of ADAS components, calibration tools, and related equipment.
- Provide technical support to service technicians and customers regarding ADAS troubleshooting, calibration, and repair procedures.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to ADAS aftermarket services.
- Establish and maintain relationships with ADAS component suppliers, calibration tool vendors, and service providers.
- Collect and analyse data on service performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
- Ensure all aftermarket operations adhere to industry regulations and safety standards related to ADAS.
