About the Role

We are hiring an Adaptive Insights Expert to join our team in a fully remote capacity, supporting a leading organization in the pharmaceutical and clinical drug development space. In this role, you will be the internal owner of the Adaptive Insights (Workday Adaptive Planning) platform, ensuring its stability, accuracy, and seamless integration with NetSuite.

This is a high-impact, mid-level position suited for someone who thrives with autonomy, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and wants to grow their expertise at the intersection of finance systems and IT.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary system administrator for Adaptive Insights, owning day-to-day platform management, maintenance, and troubleshooting

Oversee and validate integrations between Adaptive Insights and NetSuite, ensuring data accuracy and reliability

Partner closely with an external Adaptive Insights consultant to support implementations, enhancements, and best practice adoption

Collaborate with the internal IT team on system-related projects, data governance, and technical escalations

Act as the go-to internal subject matter expert, training and supporting end users across the organization

Monitor system performance, proactively identify issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Document processes, configurations, and integration workflows to maintain a healthy system knowledge base

Master data maintenance and reporting

What We Are Looking For

3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Adaptive Insights or Workday Adaptive Planning

Demonstrated experience as a system administrator, owning a platform end-to-end

Working knowledge of NetSuite, including experience with integrations between financial systems

Strong understanding of FP&A processes and how planning tools support financial operations

Experience working alongside external consultants or implementation partners

Ability to work US East Coast hours (EST/EDT) on a consistent basis

Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally with both finance and IT stakeholders

Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage priorities independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have

Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or clinical research industry

Familiarity with data integration tools or middleware platforms

Prior experience in a remote-first work environment supporting US-based teams
