Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Ads Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for digital advertising, and a proven track record in outbound sales. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, growing existing accounts, and helping businesses achieve their goals through effective Ads solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales: Prospect and engage with potential clients via calls, emails, and other channels to promote Ads services.
- Sales Strategy: Understand client objectives and recommend Ads solutions that align with their business goals.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Ads Expertise: Provide insights and guidance to clients on optimising Ads performance and maximising ROI.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, report performance metrics, and track progress against goals.
- AI Utilization: Leverage AI tools to enhance sales efficiency and performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of outbound sales experience, preferably in digital advertising, Ads, or digital platform services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Strong background in outbound sales and client acquisition.
- Must hold a valid Ads certification (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
