What You Will Do at SolarSquare

● Research and create SEO-optimized blogs related to solar energy, sustainability, and clean technology.

● Write long-form, high-value content without unnecessary fluff or filler, ensuring depth, clarity, and engagement.

● Conduct keyword research and integrate relevant keywords naturally to enhance organic search rankings.

● Proficiency in WordPress - Optimize content using SEO best practices, including internal linking, meta descriptions, header tag structuring (H1, H2, H3), and proper keyword placement.

● Analyze and learn from competitor blogs to identify content gaps and improve topic coverage.

● Closely follow editorial guidelines, maintaining consistency in tone, structure, and readability.

● Review and refine drafts created by the in-house team, ensuring content meets SolarSquare's quality benchmark.

● Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and content marketing best practices.

● Proofread and self-edit all articles before final submission to ensure grammatical accuracy and logical flow.

● Work collaboratively with SEO strategists and digital marketing teams to align content with broader business goals.

Skills You Will Need

● Strong grasp of SEO principles, including on-page SEO, keyword optimization, and content structuring for ranking improvement.

● Expertise in avoiding bad SEO practices, such as keyword stuffing and content duplication.

● Proficiency in SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics, Grammarly, Jasper AI, Copyscape, Plagiarism checker.

● Ability to simplify technical solar concepts into easy-to-understand, engaging, and well-structured content.

● Experience in writing for featured snippets, People Also Ask (PAA), and other SERP features.

● Strong proofreading, editing, and fact-checking skills to ensure content accuracy, readability, and quality.

● Understanding of internal linking strategies to enhance content discoverability and user engagement.

● Capability to analyze content performance and suggest SEO improvements based on analytics data.
