Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Ad Sales Manager, based in Bengaluru. The Ad Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with potential clients, agencies understanding their needs, and offering tailored digital marketing solutions. Daily tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales pipelines, collaborating with client and agency POC's to achieve targets, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also requires analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities and staying up-to-date with industry changes to provide innovative solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Media Sales preferably in digital 4-6years
• Strong skills in Sales, Customer Service, and Communication to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
• Good relationships with media agencies and direct clients
• Ability to own revenue targets and go all-out in the market with solution selling approach
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
• Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field
• Familiarity with digital advertisement ecosystem
